I can't seem to change the page layout on any spreadsheets? It should be as simple as going to page layout , orientation and choosing. I can't access any options in page layout. Is this because I have no printer attached to my lap top?

Anyone out there clever enough to tell me how to sequentially populate the comments field in cells... the problem I can see is that the cells are in a grid of A5-10 through to i5 to 10, I want them populating a5,a6,a7,a8,a9,a10,b5,b6 etc and when I get to i10 I want the sequence

Excel 2007 is slow opening small files. Email attachments, click to open, could take minutes to open a 30K file. However, if I click the menu button in Excel, the file will pop open. Same goes for double-clicking files in Windows Explorer.
