do I make it ask or show a message box with 'Yes' or 'No' asking to delet or

Ok, weird question...a co-worker has been teaching me a lot about
Excel but his computer is set up in Spanish (he's from Mexico). There

Shift + Ctrl. + down arrow (to fill all cells down that have values)
