I notice a few Excel files created by others have this feature that the first 2 columns at the left will not move when scroll it horizontally. The scrolling only starts column C. It's great for column or row with labels. How is it set? How to disable it?

can I set a cell format that maps values to descriptions? So that when I enter "1" in the cell it will be shown as "Washington", when I enter "2" it will be shown as "New York", etc. Regards,

Excel 2007. When I insert a comment the little box that pops up says, "Preferred Customer." Where did that come from and how do I keep it from inserting itself in my comment boxes?

How can I create following function which collects the information from sheets 2-4 to sheet1? After I have activated Sheets 2,3 and 4, I will give two parameters on Sheet1. A3 is the header and E3 is the value. It will pick up the values on Sheet1 on line 2 (green, 6, 76, 2).
