I have a workbook with 8 workheets.  The first 7 worksheet are name Mon,
Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun.  These 7 contain the name my employees and
whether they show up to work in text statement.  They all look like these.

I'm new.  I have huge column 200 columns that have heading.  I want
200 headings to move 200 rows on the excel spreadsheet.

I use WinXP with Excel 2000
I use a "helper" column in a linked spread sheet with approx 1200 lines of
data that is then used to generate a pivot table.
The formula in the helper colum is as follows:

I created an index sheet and I would like to point at it when starting up
the file.
