When I view a spreadsheet, I want the negative numbers to show up in red. At the same time when I print on my color printer, I want the same thing. Can't figure out how to do that, help please!

How do you print the Tabs description on a workbook within the the worksheet itself.? Each tab has an apt# and tenant last name and would like to print on the worksheet and not in the header or footer.
