In Word document, its possible to print 4 pages of the document onto 1 page (if you see what I mean..?!) Does anyone know how to do the same with Excel??

I have a shared spreadsheet that can be printed by any of the users whom it is shared to - but I want their username to be on the printout somewhere so we know who printed it. Can't find anything in standard Excel - Is this possible?

When going to the Page Setup menu and clicking on the "Header/Footer" tab and then the "Custom Footer" option, there is a long list of footers that have been previously used/created by me. Is there a way to delete all of these previously created custom footers?

I have a table that was created by someone else in the office. Instead of deleting rows not needed anymore, they just hid them. When I want to print the table all the hidden rows get printed, and there's no way I can manually unhide them again (nor tell which ones were hidden), ...

Every time I open up this excel document and try to print it I have to change the number of copies back to 1. If i forget I end up with 3 or 4 copies. I change it back to 1 and try to save but it seems every time I open it agian it is back to 4 copies.
