Is there an easy way to print a row or rows at the bottom of every page on a worksheet? For example i have a worksheet with about 100 rows of info i have to total at the bottom. Well 100 rows won't fit on just one page, but i would like

I want to print an list out but reduce the amount of paper used i want to print it at A5 size lanscape on A4 paper with 2 on 1 page. If anyone understands what I mean can you please help. Thanks,

For reasons known only to Microsoft, the default Number of copies displayed in the File/Print... dialogue box (select via menus or use Ctrl-P) is set via the printer's setup even though it has nothing to do with your printer!

When I print a spreadsheet there is a HUGE date trying to print across the page. I have looked in headers & footers and can't figure out what's going on. It looks kind of like a heavy watermark or something, but I've set no such thing.

I have a user here that has a file of 1.7 Mb. When she prints the file (One page) it spools to over 160 Mb and locks the printer. I have tried this on a number of different computers and printers with the same problem.
