Hi, is there a way to printing preferences (page setup) from one worksheet to anotther. I know you can group worsheets and set the preferences once for all, but if you are continuiously adding worksheets to a workbook it dosent

OUR OFFICE HAS UPDATED TO XP AND INTEGRATED ALL THE PRINTERS ON THE SERVER WITH SPECIFIC SETUPS, BUT WITHIN OFFICE APLICATION PRINT PREVIEW NOW APPEARS IN BLACK AND WHITE ACCORDING TO THE DEFAULT PRINTER. BUT OUR I.T. DONT

We use Excel 2002 to print labels on a high speed direct thermal printer. It can print over 2 labels per second, but if the "Collate" option is checked, each label is handled as an individual print job, and the printer stops between each label.

Is there a way to automatically sequentially number pages from different tabs and/or different files? Also, is there a way to have a page number print portrait style if the print setting is landscape?

Using MS Office XP when I print an excel sheet with "check boxes" in it, they are all printed to the left of thier original location and the file is then changed to the same as the printed version.
