Excel 2003, printing whole workbook w/o page breaks24 Mar 2005 23:40 GMT1

printing on 3x5 index cards24 Mar 2005 23:20 GMT1
I can't get it to print on a 3x5 card because under the print setup menu for
changing the paper size, it's not one of the options.  They only have options
for 4x6 cards and 5x8 or something like that.  Is there any way to get a 3x5
setting?

I was told that there was something called "Wrap in Segments" but have been
unable to locate anything.

The "active" region of my worksheet has thick borders around the
periphery of the region, and thin cell borders everywhere inside the
region.  When the active region is long and breaks across multiple
pages, the internal borders that appear at the page break remain thin.
