The minimize, restore, and exit icons on the Excel title bar are missing. This is the only program experiencing this problem. It isn't the screen setup so how can I get the icons back.

I am setting up a roster on excel. There are 6 possible start times for staff and I would like to format each start time with a different colour, eg, 9am blue, 10am green, 1pm yellow, 5pm red etc.

How do you lock ur make line #1 containing column titles so they remain in that position no matter what column you sort. When I sort, sometime the tile line is sorted with the data in the column.

When the user opens Excel, the blank sheet opens in the R1C1 Reference Style instead of the normal A1, B1, C1 style. When she tries to select TOOLS -> OPTIONS, nothing happens. She can see it and select it from the menu list
