I loaded Excel 2000 and found no gridlines showing on sheets. I have upgraded it to XP, but still no gridlines. I can only putthem in per sheet via Tools Options. How can I get them back by default?

I've used quite a lot Excel 2000 and now I'm using Excel 2003. In the formula bar, there is the "fx" to insert a function. In Excel 2000, it used to "=". Is there a way Excel 2003 to show "=" instead of "fx".
