When I open excel it has my toolbars on two levels.  The formatting & Standard are on 1 and my seagate crystal reports button is all by it's lonesome on another.  How do I change the way the workbook opens so that their is only one line for toolbars.

When I look at Help for Excel or Word, I get a basic topic
discussion, but "See Also", "Example" and similar links
are missing; they are replaced with small squares with a
