When I (in EXCEL 2003) click on FILE, a drop down box shows me the last four
files that have been in use.

I would like all open excel worksheets to show in the
taskbar.  I can go into options and click "windows in
taskbar" but it always defaults back to off.  Any
suggestions??

For some reason my Excel defaults to A4 for paper size,
how can that be changed to Letter?  This should be the new
default for all new documents.

network the review toolbar opens automatically.  The
review toolbar is not one of my selected toolbars.  How do
