I know how easy it is to customize toolbars and menu bars but that seems
to exclude the "right click" context menu. How can I do that?
I want to add a summation command and a data sort command, I use them a lot.

Several users in our company have been fiddling around with the "Customize toolbars" option and have removed the "View" menu (God knows why). Since they no longer have that menu, they can't restore it..

We are using a shared Excel 2000 Workbook in our Network.  
There are around 5 users who are constantly opening up the
shared workbook and entering/saving items into the
tabs/sheets we have setup.

I hope I can explain what I am trying to accomplish
I have two excel files containing voter registration.
One book conatins list of all the registered voters and the other contains voters who voted last year

The menu that normally appears when right clicking the mouse in excel (paste, cut, format etc) has disappeared.  Only "Insert Comment" remains.  I've tried rebooting and opening new workbooks, but it won't come back
How can I restore it?

In Excel 2003, when I select Insert / Object/ Create from File, and browse to a simple Word file, it inserts into the Excel spreadsheet like it should, but only prints page 1. (It only print previews page 1 also)
