I need the file path that can be inserted into a custom footer to be inserted into a cell so that it cannot be changed. Is there any way to do this? Thanks

The default cell border is the "Bottom Border,", but for the most part I only use the "All Borders" so I'd like to change the default to "All Borders." I can't find any obvious way to make this change nor any documentation.
