Is it possible to change either the color of the text or the background color
of the tab of an Excel worksheet?

I need the file path that can be inserted into a custom
footer to be inserted into a cell so that it cannot be
changed.  Is there any way to do this?

The default cell border is the "Bottom Border,", but for the most part I only
use the "All Borders" so I'd like to change the default to "All Borders."  I
