Every time I open up Excel, at the bottom left of the window, I see "virus
scan" taking place multiple times.  I want to speed up opening Excel by not
having those scans take place.

I am trying to get an email list into my outlook without having to copy and
paste a hundred emails. I think I should be able to do it thru excel. If
anyone can help please email

I want to lock the top rows so when I scroll down the page they stay in view.

previously, send to mail recipient would launch outlook.  now it starts
outlook express.

I need to set up an excel file like a template.  I need my users to be able
to tab to each box and enter required information daily.  I do not want them
to be able to tab anywhere but the required cells and I do not want them to
be able to change the formula of each cell.  

How do I hide uncalculated values.

I have one excel files with references to anotehr file, but on some pc I
don't have the source.  I have to see the data on those pc's.

The custom view toolbar block allows me to add names for views but they do
not alter the views when selected.  The Custom View entry on the View Menu is
grayed out does not respond.  What do I need to do to get Custom Views
activated?

I am trying to install the Analysis ToolPak from "Add-ins" under the Tools
menu. I am prompted to insert the "Microsoft Office XP Professional with
FrontPage" disk, which I do not have and did not ever have. Is there any
other way to get this Add-In? My computer claims to already ...

When I open excel - I would like it to open with Page Set Up defaults that I
define.

Excel 2003 was just installed on my machine.  After a while of use, when the
undo list is cleared when I use the copy command, either by "ctrl-c" or right
click copy.  Am I missing a setting?

A share workbook affects my "options/ view/ windows in task bar"
configuration each time I open it. How can I avoid it? I have modified and
saved this option in the share workbook but it hasn't solved the problem.

Is there a way to disable the Enable/Disable Macro message on a workbook
containing a macro so that any user opening the workbook will not be
prompted with that message?
