I have a user whose status bar no longer displays 'Ready', 'Enter', etc.  I
cannot find any option to turn this on/off.  The status bar is there, Num,
Caps, etc does display.  Uninstalling & reinstalling Excell did not help.  
Any ideas would be appreciated!

I am finding it exceedingly irritating that when i open excel documents, some
that come from other users that they open in a small screen. I maximise them,
close them but even when i come back to them they often open again in the
