How do I insert page numbers in an Excel document

I am runnning office 2000 standard, under windows xp prof.  i have a
spreadsheet of users and serial numbers of their computers, and was wondering
if there is an easy way to do a mail merge with outlook.  i want to send out
an email to everybody on the list, with there ...

I have a user whose status bar no longer displays 'Ready', 'Enter', etc.  I
cannot find any option to turn this on/off.  The status bar is there, Num,
Caps, etc does display.  Uninstalling & reinstalling Excell did not help.  
Any ideas would be appreciated!

I am finding it exceedingly irritating that when i open excel documents, some
that come from other users that they open in a small screen. I maximise them,
close them but even when i come back to them they often open again in the
small scree and i have to maximise them again

I want to change default measurement unit in excel to inches but couldnt find
the option anywhere.
does anybody know how to change it?

I am taking Advanced Excel at my local college.  We are doing a worksheet
that has a map of the United States on it, with all the states divided.  I
cannot find anything in my Excel 2003 that shows me where there are maps.

Our business office uses a ton of Excel spreadsheets for tracking out
accounting stuff.  Usually, when you change a cell that is part of a formula,
the formula will recalculate and update the proper cell with current
information.  For whatever reason, that has stopped working on ...
