I have 3 columns of data in Excel:  Vendor Name, Vendor ID and Cost Code.  In
a separate document/form, I want to type the first word in the Vendor Name
and have the entire Vendor Name, Vendor ID and Cost Code for that vendor
automatically populate specific locations on the form. ...

I would like to automate one of my processes.  Currently, I am going to each
worksheet and importing the appropriate text file for that worksheet.  I also
would like to have the import process automatically separate by coma.  Is
this possible to do?

I want to create and run some macros but the Macro option is not visible on
the Tools menu.  The Windows installer says it is installed, but it is not
accessible.  Any suggestions?

Is there a way to keep the office clipboard from reappearing each time you
reboot in Office 2003?  I can uncheck "show office clipboard automatically",
but it turns itself back on each time the computer is restarted.

I have a several workbooks containing 50 to 80 worksheets. Each workbook has
a summary worksheet of the numerical totals of each worksheets. Each
worksheet is named with a persons name e.g. SmithC, BlackR, HoffmanD.

Excel insists on treating a share name (\\directoryname)  in a cell as a hyperlink. I use
them extensively on templates to point my VBA routines to the directories to be used.
Each time I enter it in a cell I have to turn around and Remove the link.

Does anyone know if excel 5.0 runs on windows 98SE.  When I try to install it
it says in need share.exe.  THanks

I ran a repair on all Microsoft files and it must have reset something so
that existing spreadsheets can only be opened using FILE/OPEN.
When I double click on an existing worksheet in a folder, Excel opens but I
have to do a FILE/OPEN to get my existin file to open.

I have created 14 sheets with different titles all created independently, on
one of them I put in the date in A2, in B2 I put in number "1" and it
entered ok, in C2 I put "3" and it entered ok, in D2 I put in 1.75 and it
entered as JAN 05.
