How do I get excel to always print grid lines.
Before I ask dozens of other questions, is there a link to the basics on
getting started on "SIMPLE" excel stuff, i.e what to do to set up before you
start.

I am trying to add in the analysis toolpak.  I go to >tools >addins and check
"analysis toolpak."  When I click ok, I keep getting an error message telling
me the file does not exist.  It does not offer me any chance to browse for
the file.  How do I ad in the toolpak?

after running a macro in excel the menu and task bnars disappeared. I can get
back the task bars, but not the menu bar.

When I open Excel, I get several error boxes saying "Unable to read File". I
can click on OK to get to the next step. Then I get an "Open XML"box with 3
options. Then SiSsetup1.ini tries to open but its format is not recognized.

and produce results.
Problem is I have just updated my PC to Excel 2003 from Excel 2000 and and
it is automatically disabling the macros so you can't use the sheet

I would like to globally disable the Hypertext link option in both Excel &

My goal is to create a lengthy spreadsheet on sheet two, and use sheet one as
a summary page.  On the summary page I want to type in a date and then fill
in fields on that page with data from page two specific to that date.  All of
the data on sheet two will be separated by date. ...
