How do I get excel to always print grid lines. Before I ask dozens of other questions, is there a link to the basics on getting started on "SIMPLE" excel stuff, i.e what to do to set up before you start.

I am trying to add in the analysis toolpak. I go to >tools >addins and check "analysis toolpak." When I click ok, I keep getting an error message telling me the file does not exist. It does not offer me any chance to browse for the file. How do I ad in the toolpak?

after running a macro in excel the menu and task bnars disappeared. I can get back the task bars, but not the menu bar. Help!!

When I open Excel, I get several error boxes saying "Unable to read File". I can click on OK to get to the next step. Then I get an "Open XML"box with 3 options. Then SiSsetup1.ini tries to open but its format is not recognized. Excel finally opens with 4 filesUSER, UBOOT.dat, ...

I have a spreadsheet that uses many automated macro buttons to filter data and produce results. Problem is I have just updated my PC to Excel 2003 from Excel 2000 and and it is automatically disabling the macros so you can't use the sheet

I would like to globally disable the Hypertext link option in both Excel & Word. Any ideas? I find this automatic Hypertext feature completely annoying.

I am using Excel viewer on a school simulation. The only message appears is to turn on "always allow macros from this site". I have read solutions for this, but all invlove going into Tools>Options, but I do not see/have a tools bar. What can I do?
