Today I was using a merge file set up in excel and merging to a Word document. In the finished Word document all the dates of birth had been altered from the dd/mm/yyyy format which we use here in New Zealand, to mm/dd/yyyy.

The 'Print area' and 'Rows to repeat at top' and 'Columns to repeat at left' commands, on the 'Page Setup' window, 'Sheet' tab of Excel are greyed out and I can't set the cell ranges I want to be printed on every page. Please help.

My Excel has freaked out. All my excel files open up into some strange default view setting where only the tool bar across the top is displayed. The actual sheet window is hidden.

The settings on my Excel have changed from the columns showing letters (a,b,c,...) to now showing numbers just like the rows are labeled. How can I change it back to the traditional setting??
