The problem I have with my Excel is that it will not display background colour in the cells. It shows the colour when you do a print preview and also when you open the files on another computer.

I've been to Tools and chosen Analysis Toolpak but then asks for a CD that I don't have - is there any other way of getting this add-in eg on the internet??

There is a toolbar command in word that allows a user to add the curren file to to a work group for faster access. Does anyone know if a use can add that smae command to a toolbar in excel? I am using Office 2003
