I have an excel file that contains 80 worksheets. I want to automatically convert each worksheet into own new excel file. How can I do that without copying and pasting?

I cannot change a column to show dates as mm/dd/yy. Some cells will change but others are frozen on dd/mm/yy. Nothing I do will clear it and lock in the format I want.

In Excel 2003 i use the "Open Favorite" button on my toolbar. I put a bunch of shortcuts to folders I use often in my favorites so this is a great way to quickly find files. The probelm is that when I click the "Open Favorites" button the "Files of type" defaults to "Shortcuts ...

I'm trying to add-in the Analysis TookPak and I keep getting the error message that it cannot run this add-in and the feature is not avaiable. It asks me if I would like to install it now, I click Yes, but then I get a message saying it cannot access the file 'analysis32.xll'.

Using Office 2003 Pro Is there a way to set default date format to medium; i.e, 12-Nov-05? I have Win Regional set to dd-mmm-yy, but Excel defaults to short date such as 12-11-05.

I have a workbook that upon saving, i wish for it to produce a carbon copy on a shared drive for public viewing, but keep the original secure. And each time I update the original, the version on the shared drive will be overwritten.

I'm REALLY new at pivot tables and need to get up to speed quickly. They seem very powerful, but I'm just starting. Could you tell me how to get actual data in the data fields? I just get counts. I want the actual data (names not count).
