Is there any way to split cells in Excel?  I know how to do it in Microsoft
Word, but all I can get Excel to do is insert new rows or columns for the
entire worksheet, rather than a portion of it.

I've been running Windows Office XP SBE and yesterday Excel stopped working.  
The other applications are fine.  When I click on Excel if flashes for a
second and then disappears.  Tried uninstalling and then installing.  Tried

There have been many complaints about Excel refusing to print in
landscape to certain printers (generally HP 4000 series).  I had the

After cell information had been entered, I used to have a space at the top
(typing bar) where I could go and make changes.  One day it disappeared -

I am running Office XP. The problem I have is with Excel. When I open the
application some of the Icons are greyed out (open folder, undo, redo, copy
and paste, etc). Even when a document is open they are still greyed out.

i would like to make changes to an excel workbook such as in the options
(remove the appearance of the formula bar for example) but don't want the
changes to occur in other excel workbooks.  can this be done?
