i formatted my cells with a border inside and outside but when i print them

I'm trying to add a footer to a spreadsheet with an AT&T proprietary

I am trying to build a five year month-by-month personnel budget. I have my
staff names in column A, their anniversary dates (always on the first of a
given month) in column B, and their current monthly salary in column C. Row A

Excel 2003 - I used to know how to do this, but have lost the procedure.
Here's the question:
I have a worksheet Personal.xls located in the folder Docs & Settings \ User
\ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \  XLStart

When I open an excel document, excel opens the document in the same instance
of excel.  When you close excel, it closes all open workbooks.  I would like

hours a week.  Listing in, out toltal hrs. worked minus scheduled hours (7.5)
per day we have to get 40 hrs before the overtime and last the OT hours
