I'm trying to add a footer to a spreadsheet with an AT&T proprietary statement, but it keeps changing AT&T to AT and the time of day. How do I prevent &T from displaying time and instead get it to display actual &T?

I am trying to build a five year month-by-month personnel budget. I have my staff names in column A, their anniversary dates (always on the first of a given month) in column B, and their current monthly salary in column C. Row A contains months from July 2007 through June 2012.

I would like to print a catalog so that columns A,B,C print on the left side of the page then on the right then continue onto the next page. I thought I was onto something under PAGE SETUP, PRINT TITLES, PAGE ORDER, OVER THEN DOWN. Didn't do what I thought it would.
