I have a large excel sheet which runs into about 1,000 lines with various
information in relation to figures and peoples jobs.  My problem is that I
need to insert an extra row after each individual row to insert comments and
furhter information that relate to the line above it, ...

OK, something is going on here in Excel 2007 vs. 2003.  I have a cell with a
formula in it that was coded in VBScript:  ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 =
"=(R[0]C[-4]+R[1]C[-4])*R[+1]C[2]"  When I run this in Excel 2003 or 2007 it
puts the formula in effectively as something like ...

How can I change this spreadsheet back to the default of alpha column

I'm using Excel 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP2.  When I fill a cell with color,
it does not show up in the excel spreadsheet.  However if I print or use
print preview, the color shows up as it should.
Any help would be most appreciated.

How do I get the row of numbers to add up to a total for the total box on an

It won't let you put a number in that box it says Excel has an equation and
