I want to have a drop-down list box (entries manually
added) which let the user specifies another value, not in
the list.
As it seems impossible to do that with a normal drop down

How do I connect to a db (this is ok) and pass a parameter
such as user login to bring  up the details for that

i) Is it possible to launch one note from an infopath form?
ii) If you can do this can you 'attach' the onenote file
onto the infopath form so then a user can open the
infopath form then click a button and bring up the onenote

Is there anyway to prevent users from deleting data out of repeating

It seem's that InfoPath is saving XML files in UTF-8 even if the external schema is in UTF-8. Is there any way to force IP to save in ISO-8859-1 ?
