i) Is it possible to launch one note from an infopath form? ii) If you can do this can you 'attach' the onenote file onto the infopath form so then a user can open the infopath form then click a button and bring up the onenote

It seem's that InfoPath is saving XML files in UTF-8 even if the external schema is in UTF-8. Is there any way to force IP to save in ISO-8859-1 ?
