I am using a very simple .Net web service as datasource for Infopath.
This web service returns a strongly-typed Dataset with two tables
(Topic and Item) and a parent-child relation (FK TopicId in the Item
table).

I am wondering how it is possible to publish an InfoPath Form (.xsn) to
Sharepoint without using the built in Publishing Wizard?

Do the end users need Infopath installed on their PC's to access or submit
forms designed using infopath?

is it possible to create a custom toolbar that will show for all users in
forms i create?

I saved an infopath template then tried to open it design mode and got the
following error: Microsoft Infopath cannot open the selected form.  I was
able to create 3 or 4 templates and they open okay. I am using a trial
version of Infopath

I find Infopath SDK some sample  can do it, but I don't know how to do.

Is it possible to edit page margins and other similar options so that my form
looks good when it is printed?
