I'm creating a new InfoPath form based upon an already exisiting
XML-source.
Is there any chance to set the fields data type in the XML-file before
creating the InfoPath form instead of having to change them

I have been trying desperately (for about 10 days now) to create a new form

hoping someone can assist me in this project, as I am new to InfoPath.
I created a form with an Access db connection.  There are two tables,
one is a profile table and the other collects information from the
InfoPath form.  The form asks users for div, subdiv, and units.

I have a repeating table and  want to add a column to. In the column I
want an index added each time I add a new row. How?

to Tools, programming, all the sub menu items are disabled.

I have a user that gets the XML (and maybe the XLST etc) when he prints a form.  This happening on all forms including the MS
provided templates.
There must be a setting somewhere, but I can not find it.

I need to add a button on my form so that the user can 'Create a new,
blank form'.
I know its one of the options in the 'submit' function, but i really
need the additional button.

I have a drop down list that has 'other' has an option.  I would like to open
a blank text box where a user could type in their response after they have
chosen other.
But if other is not chosen - I don't want the text box to open.

I am unable to connect to any Access databases as a datasource.  Each time I
try I get the following error.  I think it has to do with security settings,
but am not sure.  Any ideas?
InfoPath cannot connect to the data source.
