I created a form and used the hta wizard to create the Word2003 print view.
Problem is the 'Print Preview' under the File is disabled.  The form prints
but I cannot preview before printing.

from one control to the next. I thought I would do the right thing and set
the tab index of each control on my form so off I trudge and set each tab
