I'm creating a timesheet to record each job I complete for a company

Infopath is OK, the problem is that it doesn't allow for a lot of flexibility
in form design. If I wish to change the size of a cell/table, simply entering
the number of inches it should be doesn't always work.
But right now I have two pressing issues.

At the bottom of the repeating table there is a button - "Insert item"
Can this button be modified? I mean changing the text size and color.
