Does anyone know why sometimes the href=<url> is saved in the form xml and
sometimes it isn't?

I have a form that I created in InfoPath. The form is based on the Applicant
Rating Sample form in InfoPath 2003.
The form has a series of sections that contain specific skill sets. The
employee will be asked to rate themselves from 0 to 3 what their knowledge

I must be overlooking something completely obvious.  I'm trying to make
certain fields on a form that can only be changed by certain users.

I would like to allow documents to be saved to a form lib even if they
contain validation errors.  Currently if I try to submit the form, it
displays an error message regarding the validation errors and rejects the
submit.

I've generated a form in Infopath which uses an .xml file and an template.xsn
file but I inadvertently deleted the template.xsn file is  there a way of
recreaing it?
