I added some custom code to the OnSaveRequest method in the tools->form options... now I can't get existing forms to save. I can create new forms in the sharepoint library but once they're created, it won't let me resave them. I get the error message below

I have published an order form to the sharepoint library. Users on our network have no problem opening the form, except one remote user. He had error message "InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form. InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem....".
