Can someone tell me where you specify the server to use for Forms Server?

This is just a general question regarding the use of InfoPath.  We currently
use Office/Word 2000 and have hundreds of templates and custom menus to run
the templates.
If we upgrade to Office 2007 we lose the ability to create the custom Word

I am creating a questionnaire, which will only be printed out - not
interactive or online. I have created 2 columns in the questionnaire with
tick boxes. I can't work out how to inserrt page breaks and format the
questionnaire so that I can determine the printable layout.

I need some help.  I accidentally deleted some menu items in InfoPath.  One
of them is the customize option on Tools menu.  I am trying to reset my tool
bars, but since I deleted the customize feature I am not sure how else to do
it.  Can you guys help me out on this?

We are trying to build some forms that need to be in sequential
order.  Is there a function or script to set up sequential numbering

the validation event. As soon as the managed code project is created, I get

I had been using InfoPath 2003 for quite some time now, often printing forms
in PDF format.  However when I installed IE7, I could no longer convert the
XML documents to PDF or to the Document Image Writer or send them as a Fax.
