The template "applicant rating" has a function which provides the average of
a selection of radial buttons.  The buttons are used to rate qualities from 1
to 5 or there is an N/A option.  When N/A is selected the averaging function
does not include that entry.

New to InfoPath and I am stumped. I am trying to auto-fill a text box
control with SQL data that would be dependent on two drop-downs and enable a
user to edit the contents of the text box before submitting the form.
I can pull the data from the SQL db for the two drop-down boxes ...
