Can users using OS 2000 view forms created using InfoPath 2003?

We use IP 2003 and as a result, we email a lot of .xsn files around for
processing.
We discovered an issue and not sure how to plan for it.

I have a Dropdown field connected to a Group with two attributes
representing ID and Text.
Now. How do i get the selected ID. When i get the Value on the node i get

I have a hidden autodate field I use to filter new entries ona status report
form that works fine for new sections.  What I'd like to do is log a date any
time a change is made to existing sections so that I can add a filter for
that as well.

The template "applicant rating" has a function which provides the average of
a selection of radial buttons.  The buttons are used to rate qualities from 1
to 5 or there is an N/A option.  When N/A is selected the averaging function
does not include that entry.

I need to compute an age based on Date of test and Date of Birth. I know the
formula in excel is (DOB-DOT)/365.25. But am having problems computing in
infopath. Thanks

The function SelectText and SelectNode could not be used in the
Browser-Enabled form. So how could I set focus in the Browser-Enabled Form?

New to InfoPath and I am stumped. I am trying to auto-fill a text box
control with SQL data that would be dependent on two drop-downs and enable a
user to edit the contents of the text box before submitting the form.
I can pull the data from the SQL db for the two drop-down boxes ...
