For some reason I just dont get these things. I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications (2005). Everywhere I see people talking about using XDocument. They dont show the declaration and I cant find it anywhere.

I need help with localizing the forms donw by InfoPath. I could localise the text, except for the button names. but, am also localising to Arabic langauge. Any idea how to change LTR into RTL at runtime ????
