I get information that users of WSS 3.0 do not need Infopath to be installed in the client machine. Users can directly open the form in the browser. So, the only machine that needs infopath to be installed is only the designer of the form. Is this true?

Just getting to the end of a big enterprise deployment of InfoPath and the client wants PDF output (not too much to ask). However, the export to PDF functionality seems to completely ignore page breaks. Has any one else seen that? Or does it work for anyone else?
