My form has a drop down list and a date picker box.  I want the default view
to not allow any changes in those boxes, like a read only.  I want to have
the only view that can enter the data.

I am trying to create a 'contract' template for my company, but when I
combine tet and fields (either date picker or a text field) the text in the
field is on a different height than the text before and after.  I have tried
a row for each sentence, I have tried padding and this ...

I am looking to limit the number of pages which a form is, so for example,
the total form can be no longer than 4 printed pages.
Could anyone please advise if this possible and how to go about it?

What is the grammatical reason to not start a sentence with "Particularly"?
