We have MOSS 2007 here. And I need to create a change-management form with some basic workflow. We have a limited # of users - about 200, and all are on our network. Not going to see a lot of traffic from this form... but its still critical that it render quickly on a page

I have a form with "Yes", "No" and "N/A" choices made with option buttons. Based on an answer earlier on the form some of these need to be automatically set to "N/A". I do not want to eliminate or hide them as they still need to be shown.

Is there a way to remove the screen tip Cannot be blank. On a browser enabled form - it looks big and ugly and my users don't like it. Some fields are required. Itis a simple form with no code behind. Any help is greatly appreciated.
