Is it possible to Submit a form not only to a data source/access database,
but also as an email. I believe that you can either do one or the other but
not both. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have an old system that via Word macros and other things takes a Word doc
and processes it so that a key word/section (Company name) is replaced with a
real company name and 25 seperate forms are created each with a unique
company name in it.

Is there a way to synchronize different copies of the same form?
I would like my copy to open and display the latest data.
