it will not change no matter the number format

How can I enter a formula in a cell, but but a custom text label be displayed

Is it possible to have sub-sheets?
I would like to have five main worksheets, and then worksheets under them.

I have ID numbers that are alpha numeric.  Some are all numeric formatted as
text, others are actual alpha numeric combinations.  Most all have leading
