Is there a formula to round numbers to the nearest quarter?

I think the subject says it all...

Row 3 is the first one shown. I tried to unhide them but it didn't work. When
I insert new rows they still start with row 3. Where are the missing 1st and
2nd rows?

how do u sort data by multiple rows? for example i have number values of 2
rows and 10 columns.
eg: 25 15 01 69 56 55 23 45 03 14 ...
     58 68 33 45 02 07 78 90 53 44 ...

When excel is opened, Insert, Format, Data options greyed out. Right click
menu does not work
Protection option also greyed out so not issue of worksheet protection
need advice on permanant solution to use excel effectively.

Is it possible to do a dynamic reference for a transpose?
I'd like to do the transpose of a 12 cell horizontal reference into
vertical, but I need the tranpose function to lookup the line of the 12 cells

I want a function or command that
convert number to its letters it means ( convert "1" to its Letters "One" )

Is there a way to turn you numbers into spelled out words?
Example
24 = twenty-four

If I choose a word/command/field from the drop down box,
how can I format the next cell over recognize this selection
and display a number?
Basically I created a drop down box, Van, Bus, etc...

I need to use the COUNTIF formula to count items in 52 different worksheets.  
I know that this formula will not work in counting multiple worksheets.  
Anyone know of a quick workaround?
I dont want to get stuck typing 52 different SUM formulas.

When I open the spreadsheet the numbers and letter appear but the shapes
around them do not appear. If I click on them I can get them to show up, but
I have to click on each picture. When it prints all the pictures show up
fine. Can you help me?

I want to set permissions for an excel file. According to excel "help", I
just go to "file" and then "permissions"; there is no "permissions" under the
file menu. I have excel 2003 - how can I find permissions?
