1. I have a coumn whose values (I mean the entries under that column) are
dynamic are exported from an external file. (ex:when exported column may have
14 rows, next time 100 rows, next time 10 tha way it is dynamic)
2. I have an excel chart whose source data is this column for ...

I have a cell with the following info in it and i want to seperate the
text to another 2 cells according to where certain characters fall
(vs):
St. George's vs Sliema W.

How do I automatically colour a cell depending on the value within it? I'd
like to colour cells with a value of -1 or less red, cells with a value of 0
yellow and cells with a value of 1 or more green.

i have two sheets. one has a list of 2000 item and the other has 375
i want to compare the sheetA 375 one with SheetB 2000.
if the column A matches the columnA of sheet2 then copy the values from

I want to make bills and also want to track them by job numbers and clients
name. How do i segregate them? Is there a way to add the new job numbers and
dates  automatically?

I have a data validation drop-down list on a cell, and would like the drop
down arrow to always show, instead of just when you place focus on that
particular cell.

Hi, I'm making a planning for a project, with about 60 tasks (rows) and 20
weeks.
For each task I list who's responsible, by initial.  Each cell (60 times 20)
contains the number of hours the person will spend on that task in that week.

when the pane comes up, helps says click on "turn-off", keeps coming back.
is this part of .net upgrade or other update..  got work to do, don't need
panes or little doggies in my face...

I have to make a excel sheet with a list of companies and the products they
sell. My question is how I should setup the sheet to be effective later on
for finding info.
I will be using a list to search for vendors or there products.

I have started using 2007 Beta version of Excel. I love it!!!
My quesiton is quite simple and I am sure I am overlooking something
obvious. I have images in excel (logos) that I can see in the 3 views, but
not print preview or when I print. It is maddening!!!

I can I make the ballon "This document was sent to the printer", that appears
on the taskbar everytime I print something, not to appear at all?

I am setting up a grade book for test results. I have two levels of test,
Foundation and Higher, with different grade boundaries, hence different
LOOKUP formulae. I want to be able to enter either F or H in a cell and then
the formula in the cell to the right of it to change ...

I have created a nested formulae using sumproduct function for a condition.
The formulae sums up value of a range of cells.
Col(A)        Col(B) (entered as Text)
ROW-1    Condition-1    Nested Formula1

Unable to hide cells for Excel Wrksheet with "cannot shift object off sheet"
error.
Kindly advise.
