I have prepared a few excel files linked together and am planning to sell it
to a company. But they may copy and give these files to other companies to
use on their computer. I want to protect my work. Giving passwords to open

When scrolling the mouse in Excell the page moves horizontal instead of

I'm using MS Excel 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1) and I need far more rows than
the 65,536 that I think it allows.  I only need about 14 columns if that
helps.  Can I increase this number of rows?  I'm thinking 150,000 to
200,000?

In what version of Excel was Filtering introduced? I have Excel 97 and the
Help file talks about it but the program doesn't seem to have it. (eg, No
down arrows at the tops of the columns.)

I have a folder full of *.CSV files, and I'm able to import them into a
workbook by using the Import Data command, but this only imports a single
file at a time. I would like do import all of the csv files without having to
import each one.
