When I launch Ecxel, I get this error message:
"c:\Program Files\Documents to Go\DVZXLAddin.xla could not be found."  All I
have to do is click the OK button and it launches, however, I would like to

Good day to everyone, I'm not sure if there is a pssible answer of my
question. We keep a worksheets and we input a diffrent figures or number, We
had a certain range of number it required to meet the tolerable  gain or loss
in our operations.

User trying to find the value on a certain date can enter that date (a1).  
vlookup will search column A for the requested date and then return the
associated value that is in column b.... Column A10:a100 = dates.  Column
B10:b100= values...  =vlookup(a1,a10:b100,2) returns #N/A

In Excel Sheet there are many cells colored with "RED" and many are colored
with "YELLOW"
is there any formula to count number of Cells which are  "RED" and number of
