Will an excell worksheet automatically insert from 1 to 2 to 3 & so on in each next cell? How is this done. If A-1 has 1 in it, I want B-! to have 2, C-1 to have 3,etc etc. Help!

I have created a worksheet with 410 names and forgot to put a semicolon at the end of each line. I need to place one there now and either have to do it individually or ??? please any one out there that can help me, respond. I am running microsoft exell 2003, on a PC.
