A colleague of mine has been using excel fine and when inputting numbers
they have used the general number format so type "1" and you see "1". He is
not aware he has changed anything but even when opening a new file/worksheet
if he types in "1" it now defaults to 0.01.

After upgrading to 2007 and getting a new PC, the shortcut Ctrl and + (on the
numeric part of the keyboard to the right) doesn't work anymore. To add a new
