When I am in Excel the mouse appears to be sticking and highlighting all cells as if I am holding down the shift key. The keyboard does not work either. Thinking that it could be a mouse or keyboard problem I logged into another user and it works fine. I have to log off Excel ...

So far I've got the formula working and it looks like this: =SUMIF($B$1:$B$9639,"<=33",$C$1:$C$9639) The problem is that I have to manually enter the "33", or whatever number I need to be less or equal to, even though it is sitting in a cell just a few

Hi there Excel experts! Is there anyway to make Excel use curly quotes instead of straight quotes? I know it's doable in Word, Powerpoint and a few other MS products but I haven't seen this option on Excel.
