Is there anyway in Excel to format a cell so if the user types 61/4 it will convert to 6.25? If not what is the best way to create a conversion so the user can type in 51/2 and have 5.5 show up, either in another cell or in the same cell?

I have recently been renaming large groups of files. I had not realized that I had selected all the files when renaming. Now I have: Name (1), Name (2), etc. Is there a way to recover the previous names of the files I did not want to rename?

When I go to a cell which isn't part of a pivot table and use the "=" to refer to a cell in the pivot table, it appears as ="GETPIVOTDATA etc etc etc". This has only started happening recently (since i had Excel reinstalled). Before, it would refer to theactual cell (e.g."=C3").
