There is a lot of question about it in discussion group but no answer for
this simple question ( not even in www.mathworld.com... or other websides).

I get a file every month that contains 2500 social security numbers.  The
dashes are in the right place but some of the leading zero's are always
missing in that particular column.  Instead of trying to add these manually,
is there something I can do instead??

I am using Office XP and need to bring a Word table into Excel. I have no
problem copying and pasting the table, but if a Word cell contains multiple
lines, every line in the Excel sheet has it's own cell.  Is there a way to

My Excel data contains both commas and tabs so I need to change the export
file.csv delimator to "~".  How can I do this?  (I tried Excel's suggestion
to go into the PC's control panel and change the txt list separator to ~ but
that didn't work.)

I get a spreadsheet about 4.6 MB, and try to delete any useless formula for a
table A2:K1000, but I get no idea why the file size for this spreadsheet
increases from 4.6MB to 5.6 MB, which does not make any logical sense.
Will I create some garbage information when I delete those ...

I have a file that has multiple worksheets, each are protected (locked) with
a similar password for each worksheet.  Is there a way to unprotect all
worksheets all at once without having to click on each sheet and unprotect it
that way?  Is there a Macro?  Or something?
