How come I can sort a table with multiple columns of vlookup and retain the

I would like to write a function that is different for each month.  My dates
are written in dd/mm/yy format.  i am looking for a way to reference the

I have two columns, each with a Vlookup to seperate spreadsheets. Each
column will have either a "Y" or and #NA."Y" represnting that a client has
enrolled in a meeting, #NA from Vlookup in either one or both columns if the
client has not enrolled in either meeting.
